These terms exclusively govern sales made through the LumiFACE™ website.
They apply to consumers with full legal capacity and to all orders placed on this website.
LumiFACE™ is not the manufacturer of the goods sold. Product characteristics (photos, descriptions, etc.) are provided by the supplier.
Nevertheless, LumiFACE™ ensures compliance with current quality and manufacturing standards.
If the product or its characteristics do not correspond to the item received, customers are invited to consult the LumiFACE™ Refund Policy.
These General Terms and Conditions are provided in French.
Section 1 – Steps to Conclude the Online Contract
Order

You make your selections by browsing the website. Selected items are added to your cart by clicking “Add to cart”.
At any time, you may validate your order by clicking “Checkout”.
Contract Validation
Upon clicking “Checkout”, a confirmation page appears summarizing all selected products and options.
You may either modify your cart (change quantities or remove items) or proceed by checking the box “I accept the Terms and Conditions” and selecting “Secure Payment.”
You must verify all information entered in the order form, particularly delivery details (address, access code, phone number, etc.).
The collection of identification data (first name, last name, email address, payment details) facilitates the conclusion of the contract. Customers may save their details by checking “Save my information for next time.”
To proceed, click “Continue to shipping”, then “Continue to payment”, and finally “Place my order.”
After payment on our secure server (see “Payment”), an acknowledgment receipt will appear confirming the registration of your order. A confirmation email will be sent shortly thereafter.
In case of availability risks, we reserve the right to refuse an order for the same product above a certain quantity (more than 100 units).
Technical Means of Error Identification and Correction
You may identify and correct errors made during data entry at any time.
If an error is discovered after the contract has been concluded, you must contact us.
Section 2 – Archiving and Access to the Contract
Contracts, order forms, and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium.
You have the right to access these documents for orders of €120 or more.
Section 3 – Legal and Contractual Guarantees
Legal Guarantees
In accordance with applicable legal provisions regarding conformity and hidden defects (see Appendix 1), we will refund, repair, or replace any defective, damaged, or non-compliant product.
Return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.).

Liability
We make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. We are responsible for the proper execution of these Terms.
However, we cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable events, actions of third parties, or non-compliance with foreign legislation when delivering outside France.
Section 4 – Delivery Times, Costs, and Terms
Delivery Method
Products are delivered to the address provided in the order form.
Delivery Time
Delivery will occur no later than the date specified in the order confirmation (17 to 21 business days).
In case of delay, you will be informed by email and offered a new delivery date.
If a product is unavailable, you will be informed promptly and offered an equivalent product in quality or price.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product.
Order Tracking
You may contact us by email regarding any delivery-related questions.
We also offer an Order Notification Service, providing real-time updates on your order status (on average, one notification every two days).
Section 5 – Prices
All prices are listed in euros, including taxes (VAT included).
You are responsible for verifying import or usage restrictions applicable in the destination country.
Section 6 – Payment Terms and Security
Payment is generally collected upon shipment. Orders may be canceled freely until handed over to the carrier.
In some cases, payment may be collected at the time of order confirmation.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) through secure servers operated by Stripe.
No banking information transits through our website.
Security
Payments are secured using SSL encryption. Credit card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Section 7 – Satisfaction or Refund / Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without justification or penalty.
Return shipping costs remain at your expense. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or opened digital/audio/video products.
Section 8 – Contract Duration and Price Validity
Products remain the property of LumiFACE™ until full payment is received via PayPal or Stripe.
Prices are valid within stock availability and the stated offer duration.
Section 9 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Personal data is collected for order processing and customer relationship management.
In accordance with data protection laws, you have the right to access, modify, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data.

Section 12 – Supplier & Store Owner Agreement
The online store owner acts as an intermediary facilitating purchases and payments.
Products are shipped directly by suppliers to the end customer (dropshipping model).
The store owner is the primary point of contact for customers and manages payments and returns on their behalf.
