Delivery Times
When you place an order on our store, it is shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team.
Please note that shipping refers to the dispatch of your items from our suppliers’ warehouses and their handover to the carrier. Delivery itself may take between 7 to 14 business days.
If you are located outside Europe, please allow a few additional days to receive your order.
Although 95% of our orders are delivered within 10 days, delivery may take up to 2 to 4 weeks in exceptional circumstances such as force majeure events, high product demand resulting in temporary stock shortages, or adverse weather conditions.
If the delivery time seems long, rest assured — you can track the progress of your order at any time on the TRACK MY ORDER page.
Important Information
If your order contains multiple products, it is possible that several suppliers are involved.
To avoid high shipping fees due to package weight, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
It is therefore completely normal to receive your items in multiple shipments and at different times.
