Preamble

At LumiFace™, we offer a free 90-day trial period so you can test your product with complete peace of mind.

Our return policy is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return under the 90-day trial, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and preferably returned in its original packaging.

However, these conditions may be adjusted if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In this case, please follow the procedure described in the "Exchanges" section below.

Section 1 – Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your item.

We will then inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

 If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a timeframe that depends on your bank.

Section 2 – Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your card issuer (processing may take several days).

3. Then contact your bank, as processing times may apply.

Section 3 – Sale Items (if applicable)

Only items sold at full price are eligible for a refund.

Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Section 4 – Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only possible for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Please include:

your order number or a copy of the invoice

visual evidence (photo or video) showing the defect or damage

Once your request is approved, you will receive the item at the address indicated on your package.

Article 5 – Delivery & Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location and are estimated between 24 and 37 business days.

 For any return of an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
